The was the perfect stay on every level. The room was amazing and the location was ideal. The trains into downtown Tokyo were easy to manage , All the staff were helpful and friendly . I can’t wait to come back !

洗面台に髪の毛が落ちてました。 あと灰皿が洗われていないのか、灰が残った状態でした。 シャンプー類のディスペンサーの蓋の鍵が閉まって無くて使ってたらあいてしまいました。 3万以上払ってこれかよって思いました。 忙しいとは思いますが、ちゃんとして欲しいです。

room condition is okay. we had to ask for a fan as AC , which is centralized, is off for the season (stayed beginning of November). Other than that, we did not really see staff throughout the stay. This location is also a far walk to the station and there are not much to eat at around the area

スタッフさんの対応が親切で旅行慣れしていない私には良かった。部屋もきれいだと思うが枕のひとつだけが加齢臭がしたのが気になった。でも予備があったので大丈夫だった。朝食をはじめは入れていなかったが、後日メールで追加してもらえ良かった。ゆっくり美味しく頂けました。
