Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. Shopping was super close and transport was a small walk away. Breakfast was amazing, Highly recommend.

We chose to stay in Chiba and at The Manhattan as it had the bus limousine direct to Narita as we wanted to avoid going to the airport by train with our luggage. Was definitely a nice choice to enjoy a relaxing last day before flying home. Service by all the staff was superb!

All staff were very polite and helpful, ensuring every moment of my stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. There was a great choice of evening meal too, if dining in was required. An excellent hotel for business, located 5 minute walk away from the local railway station, bus station and exhibition centre.
