"The hotel didn’t necessarily look like what the pictures showed. Although the hotel was nice enough and in a quiet section of the neighborhood, I feel like the lobby needed a little more light. The room I stayed in was very basic and i didn’t like that I could hear the toilet above me flush very loudly. It was clearly an older building."

"Elevators were a nightmare - waited up to 30 minutes for an elevator and it didn't matter what time of day. The front desk acted like they had no idea. Guests were cussing and upset waiting."

"The location of the hotel is excellent on Michigan Ave. Everything is super walkable and easy to get to from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants that are very good and close to the hotel."
