Very nice place, conveniently located, Great Staff

I stayed for a couple of nights last month (July 2025). This is a great place to stay. Conveniently located, in a very nice part of suburban Chicago. The staff is super friendly and strive to take care of you. The room I stayed in was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is good, typical for most places like this, but hot, fresh and good quality. I will absolutely stay here again when in the area.

The staff was super welcoming. Whenever we had a request to our room they were so fast and nice about it. The breakfast was great as well. Pool and gym was great! The bed and pillows were so soft. Overall would definitely come back again!

Family overnight stay

Our family scheduled a night and we wish we could have stayed longer. The property is great. The room was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly and professional. I'd stay again and would recommend to others.

Great stay. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about what is around the property. The man at the desk told us there was only fast food around. Within 2 miles we found tons of sit down real dinning restaurants.

Everything per standard for a residence inn. We stayed for 3 nights and it was as expected. The location is far from downtown Chicago and hence not a recommended spot if you plan to visit downtown. Traffic to downtown is horrible everyday. Bfast was a repeat for 3 days and no bread was provided only option was to eat bagels or English muffins.
