This hotel is incredible. The room are beautifully designed with great amenities. The common areas are gorgeous. The location can not be beat. Just a stones throw from Chichen Itza. Our family of 6 had a great stay here

The staff is courteous and the grounds are intriguing. You can tell it was once an amazing place. But it’s fallen into quite a bit of disrepair. Also the private entrance to the ruins no longer exists. We stayed in the “modern” building. Our room had the tv removed, but the wall brackets for it were ...

Visitors should be aware that once they leave the ruins, they cannot re-enter even if it's the same day. The crowds can be overwhelming...as can the heat and humidity.

It is beautiful. The pyramids at sunrise are a must-see.
