"Positive things: price was under $100, great value for Maine coastline in summer. Beautiful view onto the harbor, convenient to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness- bathroom could use some sprucing up, mold in the shower. Breakfast- need spoons if you are serving cereal,and yogurt but about what one would expect overall at the price point. Noise- someone was pounding on an adjacent room door for what seemed like half an hour at 6 am. Not their fault but seemed unreasonable."

"I highly recommend this place! far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with our 3 children. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, very nicely designed. The lobby was nice and welcoming, staff very friendly and helpful. I think the photos don't show just how nice this place really is! would love to come back if I am back in the area."

The space is very true to the photos, with a shabby chic vibe and high ceilings. host was so friendly and gave us suggestions for local stuff to do. I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples who are exploring this part of Maine!"
Charming Stylish & Cozy Coastal Retreat

"I will start with what we absolutely loved about this stay: 1) The host Flynns (Marlene) were spectacular. Marlene was promptly responsive, provided support before and throughout our stay as and when needed, which elevated our experience; 2) The property was a complete and a very pleasant surprise from the inside in comparison to what it looked from outside. The decor inside was phenomenal with quality furniture, high end and super functional kitchen appliances and well stocked amenities (kitchenwares, coffee and cleaning supplies). The bathrooms were spacious and beautifully designed and decorated; new ACs in each bedroom; 3) Perfect Location: 2 hrs drive to park and portland city. Worth highlighting that there is a lighthouse few miles from the property (you can say backyard), which is a beautiful spot for watching sunrise and sunset.Things that prevented us from giving excellent rating (may not apply to all, just us):1) All beds were under the inclined portion of the roof, which led to several head bumps (for tall folks) when trying to access side tables or be careful when accessing one side of the bed (esp tall folks); 2) Front and back door had glass windows but no screens, which made us a little uncomfortable in the evening (anyone can see inside). There is a security system though; 3) The closets in master bedroom were unfinshed and smelled musty and so we did not feel comfortable using it; 4)Deck was unfinished-watchout for splinters;Would definitely visit again."
