Das Ferienhaus Schmidhuber liegt neben dem historischen Schmidhuberhof in einem Obstanger am Ortsrand von Tabing. Das moderne Architektenhaus wurde 2019 fertig gestellt und beherbergt zwei außergewöhnliche 5-Sterne Ferienwohnungen. Unsere Leidenschaft für Architektur und Design haben wir mit viel Liebe zum Detail in die Ausstattung der Apartments fließen lassen. Edle Materialien, heimisches Holz, urbane Einrichtung, ganz viel Platz und ein hoher ökologischer Anspruch zeichnen unser Ferienhaus aus. Als zertifiziertes Holz-Passivhaus ist es auch für Allergiker besonders geeignet. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen der Wohnung MAX im Erdgeschoss mit zwei großen Terrassen und Gartenzugang und der Wohnung KATHI im Obergeschoss, mit traumhaftem Blick, Panoramafenster und einer großen, überdachten Loggia. Der weitläufige Garten des Hauses mit Riesentrampolin, Hängematte, Grillplatz, Naturteich und Kräutergarten zur Selbstbedienung, steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Ruhiges und stylisches "Basislager" für zahlreiche Chiemgauer Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenloser W-LAN Hotspot im Haus. Inkl. Parkplatz, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung Kostenlose Nutzung von Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Staubsauger Hochwertige Weine, regionale Biere, Wasser und Säfte im Keller verfügbar Beide Apartments sind mit zeitgenössischer Kunst ausgestattet und verfügen über eine aktuelle Auswahl an Büchern, Spielen und Spielsachen.  
Die Ferienwohnung KATHI im Obergeschoss besticht durch ihre Raumhöhe von bis zu 4 m. Sie bietet viel Privatsphäre und Geborgenheit. Beim Blick aus dem Küchenfenster in die Kronen hoher Bäume fühlt man sich beinahe wie in einem Baumhaus. Das Wohnzimmer mit exklusiver Sofalandschaft, dänischem Sideboard und Lounge-Chair besitzt zudem ein Panoramafenster mit integrierter Sitzbank und Bergblick. Von der maßgefertigten Schreinerküche mit gemütlichem Essplatz hat man Zugang auf die große, überdachte Loggia mit Frühstücks-Sitzplatz und Lounge-Sofa für den Drink zum Sonnenuntergang. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Betten ausgestattet. Das großzügige Tageslichtbad verfügt über Regendusche, WC-Nische, Badewanne und hochwertigen Accessoires.

Modern, sauber und liebevoll!

In der brandneuen, ökologisch hochwertigen, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns seeeehr wohl gefühlt! Zur Begrüssung gab's lecker selbstgebackenen Kuchen u. wir durften uns Äpfel u. Kräuter aus dem Garten holen. Das Vermieter-Paar ist sehr freundlich und es gilt "Der Gast ist König". Seehr empfehlenswert!
