"Wow, this boutique hotel really punches above it's weight. From confirmation of our reservation to our day of departure, we felt as though we were staying with family. Don't misread this; the staff are exceptionally professional but super friendly.
Nothing was ever too much, and advice on travel arrangements, to planning day trips was always freely available, but never pushy, and always provided with a warm and welcoming smile.

"Lovely Bergamo Città alta. This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly. "

"A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. "

"Booked overnight stay due to late evening flight into Bergamo. Hotel booked private taxi transfer which was much cheaper, about 10 min drive to Citta Alta. Hotel reception is up a steep set of steps, very friendly staff, lift up to room. Good sized room, good air con. Very low beds but comfortable & very clean. Good bathroom. "Although the hotel doesn't have the air-conditioning, the room is big with high ceiling and that makes it less stuffy. With 2 fans and wide windows, sleeping was not as bad. The hotel location is the best. It is the center of everything. We will definitely go back to stay with them again."
