"Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und hatte bisher keine Beanstandungen. Dieses Mal hatte ich jedoch ein Zimmer, das mit „Grand Hotel“ nicht viel zu tun hat. Bad uralt (1980), ein kleines Fenster auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit Blick auf eine Mauer - für fast 150 Euro pro Nacht ist das inakzeptabel. Das Personal, das Restaurant und die Umgebung sind trotzdem top - daher insgesamt trotzdem eine gute Bewertung! "
