Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa
The room was spotless, the bath was clean and wonderful . The buffet was amazing ! Only reason for one less star than perfect was that it was super crowded and the elevators could not handle the needs of all of the guests . We took the stairs several times
