"Staff is helpful and friendly. I like the flower that was delivered everyday in the lobby and floor foyer. I also like the connecting rooms which is a plus for family travel. I'm particularly impressed by the blanket that is thin but warm for the April cold and windy weather. The location is close to train station. I don't like the bathroom which has a shelving right on top of the sink faucet which got in the way of my head when brushing my teeth. Those should be removed, in my opinion. Also the bath area does not have a glass door which makes floor wet outside of the tub."

"Not the best location, hotel images are a little over exaggerated. The staff are fantastic and free parking a plus. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are travelling with children. There are no window restraints and no air conditioning so if you need air and have children there is a constant worry."

"The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor. "

"Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Bath products were from Antipodes and smell incredible. The Hotel allowed us an earlier check in as we arrived on a mid morning train, which was much appreciated. "

"Clean room, central. In the description it was an electric kettle, but it was only a coffee machine and when I asked the staff they suggested to use a sousepan instead... In the bedroom they have a absolutely useless wall table what make one almost impossible to go around the bed. "

"Large room, studio apartment style with fridge, stove, dishwasher. Great location near central train station, near restaurants and shops, and adjacent to the Uber/Lyft pick up (there are designated pick up spots in the Netherlands). Spacious bathroom with large counter space and all the needed toiletries. Staff very friendly. Great restaurant downstairs with area to work, games, and free all day coffee and tea. Breakfast was excellent and I made myself a sandwich from the bread and cheese daily to take with me for lunch on the go. Great view. Very safe area for a solo woman traveler. Quiet. Clean. Professional crowd. "
