"Water temperature at the shower was not steady. It was very nosy at night because you hear the peoples voice in the hallway and trains because of the station nearby. "

She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. "Smell of sewage coming out of sink & shower pipes. On a main street, not well sound proofed - loud area with people, cars, trams, motorcycles. Reception staff was very friendly. "

"Staff is helpful and friendly. I like the flower that was delivered everyday in the lobby and floor foyer. I also like the connecting rooms which is a plus for family travel. I'm particularly impressed by the blanket that is thin but warm for the April cold and windy weather. The location is close to train station. I don't like the bathroom which has a shelving right on top of the sink faucet which got in the way of my head when brushing my teeth. Those should be removed, in my opinion. Also the bath area does not have a glass door which makes floor wet outside of the tub."
