"The room was clean & spacious. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see & do. I removed a star bc the windows didnt open, so I couldn't open my window for fresh air. Other than that, it was a great experience. "

"We live in the area but love to stay in Dallas for the weekend at the Omni. Great restaurants and bar and the staff are very friendly. "

"It was next to the highway and incredibly loud! And then you have to pay for parking because of the bar on the 9th floor that holds up the elevator."

"Hello my state at this hotel was horribly. When we first got there we were very surprised to see how shabby the front desk and lounge looked for a hotel located in the downtown Medical District of Dallas. We were greeted by a lovely woman who checked us into our rooms. My mother and I were given room 211 second floor. When trying to use the 2 room keys we couldn't get them to work, so i had to go back to examine that the keys weren't activated. The desk clerk reactivated them and had me test it on the gym door. It workes, so i go back to get into my room same thing tried several times thankfully a maintenance worker just happened to see us struggling and to us we had to swipe 💳 it really fast a few times and it would work and it did. When we got into the room we were so disappointed we put our things down and looked a round and found trash on the floor, yogurt and oreo cookie cereal, and spoons used in the mini refrigerator, a toliet that had not been cleaned but with fresh towels in the bathroom.A dirty floor with hair and toliet paper. I usually unpack my baggage, but not this time I was afraid I be bringing back bed bugs. We stayed one night and left. I guess you get what you pay for when its a $100 a night room with 3 *** in Dallas Tx. And on our way out i left my charger went back to get it and the key wouldn't work had to wait 10 mins for a housekeeper to show up and tell me you need to jiggle the key card to get the door open. Don't waste your MONEY HERE."

"Overall stay was not the best. We found roaches in our bathroom & mice droplet our last night there. The bed sheets, pillow cases etc (bedding furniture) was nearly a nude color with plenty stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, bed cover and even blanket. We had to tell front desk to bring new everything that were actually clean and white sheets. Dirty crumbs & Burn stays on the blanket as if someone was smoking in the bedroom with no care. Ac/heater doesn’t turn off so we had to unplug it if we didn't want to use it. Pool wasnt available during our stay but if it was I highly doubt I would have gotten in. "

"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. We quick changed and ran back to the elevator, and that process took another 30 minutes, with how many people were waiting and the fact the elevator stopped at all 22 floors on the way down. By the time we weaved through the cluster of people and got to the water park, we had an entire 23 minutes to enjoy it. I understand a lot of this is outside the hotels control, but for the cost, I would have expected the organization of everything to be much better."

"This is my 2nd time staying at this location. Staff is always friendly, check in was quick and easy, it's not in a super sketchy part of town, and rooms are always clean. It's obviously not the Ritz-Carlton, but for the price, this is a great hotel. I really appreciate the complimentary breakfast, talk about a lifesaver (and timesaver). Not sure what the issue was, but it seemed like it was difficult for Uber/Lyft drivers to find, but that could have just been issues with those apps. Overall, I really like this spot, there are, of course a couple things I could complain about, but again, for the price, it would just be trivial little nitpicks. We'll definitely be staying here again. "
