"Great location. Subway ( Orange line) close by about 700m walk. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check in time, and they offered me free refreshments and drinks at the breakfast area and helped me to store my luggages. I was given a corner unit on mid floor and room was way bigger than my expectation. A king size bed with clean beddings. Super spacious bath room with a tub and shower. Impressed by their big smart TV even though I had no time to watch any movies or shows. Breakfast was delicious with Western and Taiwanese style. On my departure, front desk staff helped me to call a taxi to TSA Airport and stood beside the taxi door and said Good bye to me. Will definitely come back again !!"

"This hotel is located very near to the Taipei Main Station as well as next to a great shopping mall with a great food market on the B3 level. Finding the hotel was a challenge coming out of the AirPort Express. You can easily get stuck in the underground streets and get lost. Best to get outside and use Google Maps. They have a great breakfast buffet, but very pricey in Taipei standards."

"It’s a beautiful, grand, and spotless hotel. Very spacious and well designed room. We had buffet breakfast here daily. There was a very large selection of food (meat/seafood, soup, dumplings, congee, fruits, salads, cheeses, pastries,…) which was satisfying and by far the best overall hotel breakfast offered (France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, S. Korea, Japan that I’ve been to). Very courteous and efficient staff to assist at any time. "

"Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings."
