unbeatable location right at the entrance to the Canyon, friendly staff, clean room, good burger and fries at the restaurant, nice outdoors pool. The worn out carpet on the stairs was the only detractor. I enjoyed my visit.

It seems to be an older building and there was construction going on. It's in a convenient location for the National Park, not many accommodations around the area, but the lack of an elevator is hard for people with mobility issues.

The room was clean, it was old but felt cozy with the brick wall in the room. The check in staff was not particularly friendly and we were only there one night so hard to rate anyone else. The breakfast was buffet only and we thought too expensive so we didn’t eat there. We didn’t have time to use any amenities. The grounds were picturesque and well maintained.

Registration and staff were efficient and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet for 21.95 each. We had dinner at the restaurant. The fish and chips & hamburger were enjoyed. I wouldn't recommend the Navajo Taco and it's usually something I really like. Overall a nice stay.

This is an old hotel, There are no elevators so you have to lug your bags to the second floor up steps. Inside the room, there was not enough space to put our two suitcases down and still be able to walk. The walls are thin and you can hear people's conversations and every door slam shut. No included breakfast. Wifi didn't work. Shower gel was empty in the dispenser. The parking was easy and the staff were friendly. Very convenient to Canyon de Chelly NM.

The room was clean. It had sliding door so that we could unload our luggage directly into our first floor room. Air conditioner had controls that actually worked very well. We had to get breakfast at another hotel because ours only had a $21.00 buffet option, too expensive. The hotels restaurant did have a very nice dinner menu and we ate there 2 nights. The pool area was nice with umbrella covered seating.

The property was nice, the room was clean and a good size, and the check in staff member was friendly. There was no free breakfast, as advertised in the listing. There is a restaurant on the property that was only doing Togo orders the evening we arrived. It was nice to have that option because there aren’t many places to eat in Chinle. The food was adequate. The restaurant also offered a breakfast buffet that we didn’t partake of it. Overall, it was a good place to stay near Canyon De Chelly!

The second level room was bright and clean and comfortable. I liked the simple view and big windows. The fridge in the room was helpful and the TV and shower worked well. Plenty of convenient parking. The water didn’t get real hot but was warm enough. My only disappointment was we couldn’t have the buckwheat pancakes because a large tour was at the hotel so they did a limited buffet for breakfast instead.
