Exceeded expectations. Welcome water & drinks topped up regularly with sweets & chocs left in the room daily. Staff all helpful & friendly.nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast in nearby cafe with lots of excellent choice. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed one night here and will start with the negatives - to be honest we had trouble sleeping with the hum of the fridge and would be great to have one more pillow. The area outside and other guests were quiet so this was good. The shower was freezing. The terrace roof was not accessible (so false advertising as it looks like accessible yo all room) Positives - helpful staff, high cleaning standards and hand sanitiser readily available.
