"Overall, we experienced an enjoyable stay! While the halls smelled a bit strange and the overall hotel itself was a bit outdated, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was highly proactive at troubleshooting a plumbing issue with our room that popped up before our arrival and was able to resolve the challenge without issue and make our stay more convenient! We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town."

"Breakfast was good but the hotel staff was very miser in restocking the breakfast items. At 7:30 am, i.e. almost the beginning of the breakfast time, there were only 4 mini muffins, 3 yogurts cups, 2 or 3 bagels and were never restocked, the hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage and ham was being restocked though. I think the person handling the breakfast areas should be more observant about the customer needs."

"This is the first time we have been disappointed in a Comfort Inn. The pictures on the website were misleading. The lobby was in disarray and the indoor pool had kids with no adults. Our room smelled like it was a smoking room. People hang out in the parking lot (I think living in their car?) with dogs, parting and litter thrown around. I don’t think management actually does anything to prevent this. "
