"The most amazing service I have had at any hotel in the World! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the owners. The hotel is beautiful and the service literally could not have been better. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had booked longer. Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help.
