"J'ai choisi l'hôtel car il y'a une borne électrique. Mais à mon arrivée l'accueil m'annonce que c'est hors service. J'étais obligé de laisser ma voiture au centre commercial. Et je m3 suis déplacé le lendemain pour la récupérer. L'hôtel a offert une nuit de parking gratuite. Mais pour charger je chargeais à l'extérieur"

"The property itself was great and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by being without hot water for more than 24 hours. I understand that maintenance issues totally happen, but the biggest issue was the lack of listening and communication. I went to the front desk several times throughout the day and was repeatedly asked by the same staff member who I was and what my issue was. Each time, before I could finish explaining my concerns, I was interrupted and told that a conference room was available for guests to shower. While I appreciated that option, I wasn't asking where we could shower. I was trying to find out when the issue would be fixed or whether we would be moved to another room. Multiple times I was told someone would call me with an update, but that never happened. Around 5:30 p.m. I was told a technician would arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and that I would receive a call. When I followed up later, I was told the timeline had changed to between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. and that I would again receive a call. No updates were ever provided. When I returned around midnight, I was told a technician had arrived around 11:00 p.m. but had been sent away. The next morning we took cold showers and as we were packing up, a technician arrived and fixed the issue. The hotel did provide complimentary parking, which was appreciated, but given the length of the outage and the lack of communication, I felt more should have been done to address the situation."

"Amazing surprise of an hotel, 1st time with this brand and will definitely look out for them again in other locations. 1st hotel with Expedia were i got upgraded without even asking and OMG what a suite I got. Staff was super professional and welcoming. Kudos to you all for a great welcome experience. No breakfast included but would have like to be included at this price, anyways lots of options around the property to get something to eat. Parking was "public" but has direct access to the hotel and is underground right there. convenient for motorcycle and solo traveling 100% recommend. Now as a suggestion, Expedia membership brings a bottle of sparking wine as courtesy, I would have preferred 2 bottles of water. but that's just me after a long day riding. Also no TV in the bedroom in my 2 bedroom room."

"This was our first time going to Ottawa, the Sheraton was like a good location for a reasonable price. We got a room on the 11th floor, unfortunately our view was of a high-rise office building with floor to ceiling windows. The room was nice enough, very good sized and the bed was comfortable. The carpet did not look the cleanest, and the bathroom was quite basic for almost $200 a night. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, they allowed us to check in 2 hours early since our flight arrived early in the day. They also were happy to hold our bags for us on the last day until our flight home, which was really nice. Definitely add the breakfast onto your fee, it’s well worth the added cost. The breakfast serving staff were exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Overall it was a satisfactory experience, considering the price and our length of stay! I would book again."
