"The week I stayed they were full to capacity. In four nights I only had one cleaner visit the room to change towels, empty bins and leave some more water and coffee - no bedding. My colleagues couldn’t check in for quite some time either as rooms weren’t ready. Despite this the rooms were clean and of a good size. Breakfast was excellent with super friendly staff - I wouldn’t be put off staying again but the stay could have been better."

"hair blower broken but a member of the crew took pic and was supposed to fix the day after...stayed another 3 days and not fixed (problem when you have long hair). couldn t get the temperature below 25oc...was hot..beside that all was very good"

"The room is clean, staff is friendly. It would be nice if there was some bath products. This is one of the few hotels that I notice doesn’t have body lotion or toiletries. The location is great being next to the Byward market. The only down side is there are a lot of street vagrants and drug use. "

"It was good! Clean and all. At breakfast, I just didn’t like that the protein options were merely ham/pork and just one option of egg and cheese. So it is limited to that. Other snack options were available but it’s not high protein. If you like cereal or oatmeal. Other than that, love the fact that my room had a kitchen so you could cook if you didn’t want to eat out. Not bad at all."

"Checked me into a different room than what I booked, then overcharged me for it. After Expedia stepped in, they issued a refund but on the wrong credit card. No response when I ask for an accurate receipt and charge as this is a business trip. Last time I stay there, very unfortunate. This used to be a go-to."

"I loved the lounge area in the lobby. Coffee, quick food, morning yogurt. I got in late and could grab a quick bite. My room was very quiet! I slept great. Coffee in room was Nespresso! My window opened which I loved!! Very convenient location"
