Modern two bedroom duplex apartment in a convenient Condo near Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just a few minutes (motorbike) away or an easy 8 minutes walk. The building is well-maintained, with great amenities. There are 3 swimming pools, sundecks with loungers, a fitness room, 24hrs security and a private parking area.
This fully air-conditioned apartment has everything you need and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors, an open-plan design with a large living area and kitchen space. There is a washing machine in the apartment too, which is convenient for longer stays.
On the upper floor at the loft there is another seating area with a TV. Private Wi-Fi connection is available for you to entertain after a day out or working online.
Second bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared and located on the main floor. This unit has a spacious outdoor patio with furniture and direct pool access which is perfect for entertaining outside.
For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.
