Stay away from this property. The hotel itself smells like cheap motel, at the lobby there were selling smelly food, and a lady with a speaker. Rooms are very old, I assume years ago there were nice, now very old, smelly. We spent only 5 minutes on the room and decided to leave the property, best decision ever. Front desk does not speak english. The most its a 3 star hotel.

Very convenient location, walkable to many tourist destinations. Also very close to railroad stations, easy to go places, even to and from airport. The hotel itself is a little dated, but well kept, relatively clean, staff were veey nice! .

Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay , will definitely come back

Best location, steps away from subway, walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was just average . Staff very helpful and polite, housekeeping crew were very hospitable too! Good size room and bathroom. Only issue was room too hot even with the aircon turned to the lowest, we had to open the windows Would stay here again and recommend to my friends

Best location with good price. Staff service is excellent. Front office staff Miki is very kind, helpful and nice. My room was upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and passionate. Having noticed our need, she took initiative to put more bottles of water daily for consumption. I will definitely book this hotel again for next visit to Chongqing.

Very good service from receptionist to cleaning lady. Comfortable and great view from the 39th floor for afternoon tea. Swimming pool and sauna great. Location wise- easy access to all tourist spots. Lots of eating place for you to choose.

Glenview ITC's location is convenient. You can find food and shops just around the hotel. Some places of interest are of walking distance... 8-20 minutes walk. LINJIANGMEN subway station is just minutes away. Overall a great stay!
