This property offers 3 spacious, comfortably designed bedrooms upstairs, each featuring a luxurious Queen-sized bed with quality linen accommodating up to 7 guests in total. The 7th guest is accommodated on the trundler bed - please note use of the trundler bed is an additional cost for linen.

Sink into the luxury of professionally laundered bedding, ensuring a 5-star hotel experience for your stay.

With a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, along with a large dining table for enjoyable dining experiences. Cooking appliances include Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and other cooking utensils.
The kitchen also comes equiped with consumable essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, paper towels and cleaning products.

You will also find complementary coffee, tea, peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, sweat treats, sugar sachets and milk.

The living area is exceptionally comfortable, providing an ideal space for relaxation and unwinding. 50 inch Smart TV is available to watch your favourite shows and heat pump perfect for heating in winter and cooling in summer.

Additionally, there is 1 allocated parking space for your convenience.

It is ideally located near the Avon River Walk, offering a serene riverside setting. It's walking distance to New World Supermarket and Stanmore Road eateries. The Palms shopping centre is a 5 minute drive.

The home combines comfort and convenience, providing a peaceful retreat close to both natural beauty and local amenities. A short drive to the CBD to explore all the highlights of Christchurch central.

Please note upper floor is accessible via stairs only.

Early check-ins/late checkouts are possible for an additional fee of $10 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours. This extra cost covers express cleaning and is subject to availability.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
