"The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. "The room and property were very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was great about refiling our fridge with what we wanted each day! The restaurants were great - the staff were very friendly and the food was good. The pool was beautiful but also needed to be cleaned better. There were things floating around in it......hair pieces, empty cups, etc. It looked beautiful but could've been cleaned more frequently/better. Also, it was tough to get a chair under the shade by the pool. There are a limited number that are in the shade so I did have to set my alarm clock for 6am to go claim our chairs each morning."

"Clean room. Missing a microwave. Would be nice to have one. Staff was affable. Wifi wasn't working too well. Don’t like the steep drive in entrance. Good little drive away from the main road. When I arrived and while being at the property I didn’t see an opened bar. Overall, beautiful place."

"We enjoyed our stay. There were nine of us including two young kids. We felt safe. The food was outstanding. Glen did a great job with his butler and bartending service. The tip rate was reasonable for what is provided. The house was phenomenal. Very clean. Lovely location although we were disappointed that a ship was in port for three of our five days which was a bit of an eye sore but not within the owner's control. Anyways, overall we were very pleased!"

"The villa is amazing, beautiful lay out, with the most amazing staff! BJ, Chef Skyjuice, Michelle, and Samantha took wonderful care of our group! One of our friends had an injury on day one requiring a trip to the hospital, the staff handled the situation calmly, gave great recommendations, and were there with us throughout the process. The beach is beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. BJ took part of the group on a kayak tour of the bay, and it was phenomenal. Chef Skyjuice had amazing dinner prepared for us on arrival with all of our favorites, oxtail, curried goat, and jerk chicken. He planned the rest of the dinners, noting the allergies, and always delivering divine cuisine. Michelle made sure the kitchen ran smoothly and we always had everything we needed. Samantha is such a sweetheart, and kept the house spotless. Our driver, Mr. Simpson was a very kind man, checked on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they’re the reason we keep coming back to Jamaica :) The only recommendation I think we would give for future guests would be to pack earplugs that are comfortable to sleep in. There is some noise from the road, horns can be quite loud, but easily remedied with the little foam earplugs. We already can’t wait to plan our next visit to Jamaica!"
