"Firstly, every single staff member was pleasant, helpful and truly amazing. This country endured a horrendous hurricane and most of this resort was closed for repair. They recently opened with short staff and those people gave us topnotch attention, smiles jokes and energy. Beds were comfortable, ease of check in and check out. Property is so large you need to be carted to the parking. Drinks weren’t bad , you have a top shelf option, food wasn’t bad but resorts have to cater to EVERYONE so diets etc. but their options were vast. Great stay can’t wait for the family side to open so I can take the kids"

"Great customer service clean room family friendly Omar at the front desk was great also the young lady that served ice-cream nightly. Beach area had enough seating. The jerk shack was the best had lunch there every day. When you visit make sure to to get reservation to the Japanese restaurant we had a great time,the waitress and the chef were very entertaining."

"This property is very well managed, and maintained. The location is nestled on top of a hill with a terrific view of the landscape, and the ocean. My room was very clean, and bathroom well stocked. Natallie and Natalia were very helpful, kind, courteous, professional, so accommodating. They treated me like family. They took time in making sure, I get to my destinations, even literally taking me to on of my functions. Not to mention the food. Deliciously tasty, yummy. Thank you so much for a memorable 5 days I will definitely return. Thank you, Hopeton"

"Great spot right on "fisherman's beach." Annette was a wonderful person and cook. Yum-good old fashion Jamaican cuisine. Make sure to check Leroy's spot for cold drinks-If you want the real Jamaica stay here!"
