"We stayed for 4 nights with our 7 and 4 year olds and had a great time. We particularly loved the outside area with the pond and waterslide, with plenty of nice places to relax for adults nearby. We went horse riding and walking near to the hotel. We will definitely be back! "
"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten.
Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre.
Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."
"- Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.
- Ein wunderschöner SPA Bereich.
- Toller Blick auf den See und die Berge
- Hotel ist familiengeführt. Viel Liebe zum Detail."
"Our winter stay here was sinply magical. The staff were incredibly friendly amd helpful and the facilities were immaculate. Pertisau is a beautiful town and we wished we could have stayed longer."
"Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee is an amazing place to stay! Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. I will be returning here many more times to come! Thank you for a fantastical stay!"
"Super nette Gastgeber
Alles sehr sauber
Besonders für Hunde geeignet
Kommen gerne wieder
Kleine Müllbehälter auf den Tischen beim Frühstück wären super"
"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.
Side note - The walls seem to be pretty thin. You will hear every single person and...

"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus! "
Familienparadies Sporthotel Achensee - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Some really good parts: kids club, pool, ski school, horse rides for kids. All great.
But two big downsides. Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. Same with alcohol: all had to be paid for as extra, and staff were trying to flog it as soon as we sat down. It makes the place feel a bit cheap and money-grabbing.
It was so odd for these things to not be included in all-inclusive. Very different to other all-inclusive places I’ve been in the past.
Then one other thing: it’s the first place I’ve stayed since at least the pandemic that didn’t have a smart-TV. Most people are there with their kids, so have to stay in the room from relatively early each evening, so the very old-fashioned TVs are not ideal - this would be such an easy thing to upgrade.
Also, there were some really odd design things. There is a baby monitor system, but it attaches to the phone line, and the phone socket is in the adults’ room not the kids’ room. So weird.
And if we had wanted to watch TV, it was mounted on the wall of the children’s room. Such a bizarre place to put it as it’s going to wake light-sleeping kids up. Literally anywhere else in the room would have been better.
So yeah. Some really good bits, but I don’t think I would recommend to friends as the above downsides took the polish off. "

"My wife and I are from the US, and the hardest part of this trip was leaving. We were here for two weeks from January into February, and the home was nothing short of spectacular. The cleanliness, layout, and everything you could possibly need were provided. We spent every day hiking or snowshoeing. We explored the beautiful local trails and also ventured into the mountaintops via one of the three local gondolas. Each day ended with a delicious meal at the Seealm restaurant. The charming village of Achenkirch is a collection of stunning Tyrolean structures with very friendly inhabitants. We will be back. Maybe in the summer? It will be hard to top the beauty of the winter landscape."
