Grandior Hotel Prague

"Our stay was pleasant. Our suite was very clean. The bed pillows and sheets were very good, we slept wery well. The rooms are quiet. We never heard any noise from adjoining rooms or even the hallway. I didn't care for the wardrobe cabinet being outside the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious. Nice fluffy towels. The step into, or more accurately the "climb into" the tub/shower was very high. This was definitely a safety risk even after the hotel provided us with a rubber anti-slip mat for the tub upon our request. A safety grab bar by where one enters/exits the tub should really be considered. The room environment feels sterile and no warm feeling. It needs a better coffee table than just a tiny 2 glass table. The beakfast buffet was good and had a good assortment of pastries, omelette station, meats, fruits, and more. In house restaurant was alright. Location is good for transportation and attractions. I would stay again."

"Lovely hotel, very clean and quiet.well placed for walking onto the Old Town and across Charles Bridge. Breakfast was good, with prosecco available as an option. Staff helpful Only down side was the hotel bar which was unmanned for over half an hour one evening."

"Enjoyed the stay, had a big family and we got two connecting rooms that were spacious, clean and liked the extra touches. Breakfast was amazing everyday and the staff very helpful. It was in a great location and close to a tram stop for getting around."

"Pros: great location, big room and very comfortable bed. Lots of light and big windows as it’s a top floor unit. Cons: The carpet and decoration are old and run down. The water doesn’t get more than lukewarm so be prepared for a pretty cold shower. Weak air condition."

"There is a "tourist area" of Prague, and this hotel is right on the border. Walking to many of the major sites, over pedestrian-only roads, is quite feasible. And if you want to use the hop-on-hop-off bus services, there are two stops within easy walking distance. The hotel was very helpful with arrangements, including a car from and to the airport. The hotel breakfast was great, including the option of ordering off a menu plus the usual buffet."

"장점:: 위치 진짜 좋고 (천문시계있는 광장까지 걸어서 10분도 안걸림), 마트들도 걸어서 5분정도 방이랑 화장실 깨끗하고 5층 꼭대기층이였는데도 수압이 미침(p) 제일 맘에들었음 엘레베이터 있고 번호키 식이르 카드키 안들고다녀서 번거로움이 없음 티비도 스미트티비여서 유튭 넷플 다 볼수있음 단점:: 방은 넒으나 지붕때문+꼭대기층이여서 활용못하는 공간이 조금 있음 세면대+샤워공간이랑 변기공간이랑 분리되어있는데 거리가 있음 총평:: 깨끗하고 수압좋고 엘베있어서 단점이 다 커버됨 다시 올 의향있음~~"

"Lovely character accommodation - very central but a secret escape. Very impersonal- no staff - all contact is online. Saw coffee shop staff trying to assist two visitors who could not get in with their access codes. Before arrival had issues opening registration form and received prompt response. However, on arrival we had no hot water, despite running the shower for ten minutes. No response to my contact to Andrez. By day three I ran the shower for twenty minutes and finally the hot water ran through enough to shower. So some advisory to guests of the water system issues would have been considerate. Also be advised only 4 coffee capsules for coffee machine and not replenished. Local Tesco, Lidl and Albert to purchase more if like us you are staying for several days. Accommodation is spacious and stylish. With some lovely lighting- but several bulbs blown so a maintenance review is needed Andrez. TV offers Netflix which is welcome relief from News channels. Windows open which is lovely to get some air, though there is aircon otherwise. Good sized fridge and kitchen well equipped. Very good value for a comfortable stay."
