Stunning sea View Villa W/private Pool - 5 Minutes From the Beach!

"We had a really lovely stay at the Villa. The pictures really don't do it justice. The view is stunning, the pool nice and big and it's proximity to the beach is great as it means you don't need to take a car and worry about parking. My two recommendations would be to hire a boat with skipper (to take you to the best spots) and to go for a tasting or meal at the colline del vento just outside Villasimius. A few points to note 1) the electricity can get overloaded if too many appliances are on at the same time. Avoid having all aircon units, dishwasher and toaster etc on all at once. Easy enough to fix at the fuse box up on the road. 2) we had issues with water a few times. There is a workaround to switch to well water though which is easy enough once explained. 3) the recycling is a pain. There is a different collection each day for paper, glass, plastic etc. There was no bin and no box for refuse so we had to use bags. This was a faff at the end of our stay as, inevitably, there was uncollected recycling and rubbish that we needed to deal with and drop at the dump. Thankfully only a 5 minute drive away. Don't let these minor points put you off though, it really is an amazing property!"

"Wir waren das erste Mal bei Giovanna zu Gast. Das Haus war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation war super einfach. Ein Lüfter war defekt und wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen."

"I stayed with my 3 kids for one week and had a really great stay in this house. It is a very beautiful place and the environment is lovely too. We also loved the warm water shower outside!! The beach is in walking distance and it is one of the best beaches we saw so far on the island. Tiziana is a wonderful host. She always responded quickly and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. We can only recommend this place!"

"Top Lage, super Kommunikation & familienfreundlichDas Haus ist super gelegen. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und es ist trotz einfacher Ausstattung alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da – nachdem wir die Treppe eigenständig gesichert hatten, war es für uns perfekt. Gerne wieder!"

"Ich war in der Vorsaison auf Sardinen und in diesen Haus direkt am Meer, mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Haus ist etwas in alter gekommen aber sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren."
