"Everything was great and staff are wonderful. Very lively and entertaining. I only have one frustrating issue. We stayed in a studio on 15th floor and the nightstand has outlets and charger ports built in and no other outlets on that side of room. Well it’s so old that it doesn’t hold charger boxes and usb doesn’t work. I recommend bringing tape to hold it in. I wedged something underneath to hold the plug in. All night I heard the stupid chimes of charging and not charging. One mornings my phone was dead. Really sucks when you like to read a book downloaded on your phone at the beach. I had to move my plug to the other side of room. I would definitely stay again, just will make sure I bring good tape to hold it down. Hopefully other rooms don’t have that issue."

"we have stayed at the Hyatt twice now in the last couple of years. it’s location is perfect. walk on to the beach in seconds.plus it’s a beautiful building. rooms are spacious and very clean. can’t wait for the next trip down."

"Great location in Clearwater Beach, has it's "own private beach" whih is GREAT specially for families with kids. Short walk to Clearwater Pier 60 and public beach. Not a luxury hotel, but well kept with great location and staff. "

"We had a poolside room and 4 other guests throughout our stay tried walking in because they thought it was an entrance. WiFi is so so so so bad. Poolside door to our room does not stay shut. We were also locked in from going to the pool and had to ask someone to finally unlock it. Only 20 available channels for cable on the tv. While checking out the front desk guy never asked how our stay was or anything just told me to put our room cards in the bin and go. You would think after staying here for 4 years he would say thank you for choosing us or something like that but he was rude. Housekeeping was actually pretty decent checking our room a couple different times and poolside service- Ashley and Brianna and Ariel. AMAZING. "

"The location of the ChartHouse Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel is excellent. No need for a rental car. Beach, Marina, Restaurants all near by. Staff was wonderful.We would like to come back when all the renovations are done. Recommend if you want a fun little vacation."
