"This place was so great! Location couldn’t be beat and rooms were just beautiful. The staff were all so nice and helpful with our bags and transporting us to and from our car. "We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"The photos do not do it justice. This place was so wonderful!! Rovinj is a most charming town and this place was no exception. The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. He and his wife made an incredible breakfast. We loved everything about this place!!"

"Taxi ride distance to Rovinj, but close to a local restaurant called Dario’s. Nice range of food particularly seafood. But the pizza was the best I’ve ever eaten. Our Nepalese guys who looked after us were only the best. Damen and Gopal"
