Absolutely the cleanest hotel I have been in this year. Lobby bathroom was even spotless. Property very well maintained, looked great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The room smelled like roaches spray, the breakfast area is too small and states you can't bring food back to your room yet there is no room to eat in the breakfast area. The shower was so slippery my husband fell. Overall it was nasty.

Booked a room with a king sized bed, was given a room with two double beds that were too small for two adults. I questioned why we didn’t get the king sized bed that was requested and was told it was not guaranteed because we booked it through Expedia. I wouldn’t have booked the room if I knew that.

Room was moldy, and smelled with a strong stench odor, and had to open the door for fresh air from outside for several hours from 11 pm-2 am. Couldn’t sleep because of the moldy odor. I had to wear a mask overnight. I was too exhausted to call and change the room, because I had to work the next morning, and carrying my luggage one flight of stairs was enough trouble. Air conditioner working didn’t help and may have made it worse. Didn’t watch tv. Fridge worked. Shower and sink and commode were okay. Bed and sheets and pillows were okay. I just wanted a nice clean room to rest for the 6-7 hours. Rug was filthy and dark brown.

Pullout was not made with clean sheets, went to desk to get some and she gave us a rough blanket with cigarette holes in it as well at 7 pillow cases but no sheets. Bathrooms and other beds were clean but the tables had stuff spilt on them and they were not wiped off. Also one of the showers hot and cold were mixed up.

Everything was just ok, actually a little below other Best Western properties we stayed. The shower curtain rod was loose at one end, and it seemed like the entire property could use updating. That said, the staff was friendly, and it was fine to stay for one night. It was nice to have coin operated laundry facilities.

Our room was fine given that we only stopped to rest on a road trip. The AC was super cold, but the thermostat didn't work right. My hot flashes didn't quite coincide with the room's temperature. Lol. The bed slept fine and the shower had great pressure.

We had a power outage and decided to stay the night at a hotel. The first place I booked was full of roaches, so we were desperate to find something else. Best Western was spotlessly clean, the staff made check in super easy. Would definitely recommend this place.
