Staff pleasant. However, windows had child-sized dirty handprints—visible from across the room/front doorway. Both chairs had stains on seats—desk chair especially—completely covered in stains. Strong smell of marijuana from neighboring rooms. Phone did not work—no dial-tone.

For a Days Inn, it was super clean and nice. The beds were comfy and the thermostat worked well. The parking was a little sketchy but that's to be expected.

There was a bell to indicate that we were there and the person on duty was there quickly. Easy to check in, the place smelled nice and the room was clean.

This location is not what the photos depicted! Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was more of a trap house. The beds were okay for the most part but the shower was disgusting and the handle was broken, the tv had a white line through the middle of the screen and there was no iron in the room. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Nice Stay, Good Service

Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke and we're both non-smokers. The hairdryer in the room had frayed wired, but thankfully we didn't have 2 use it, I'm sure if we had said something about it they would have taken care of it. The customer service was very good.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch rooms because there was no AC in the original; and then the Maintenance man was amazing and brought my daughter and I a mini fridge because our 2nd room didn’t have one. They are redoing the property so it’s a work in progress. But overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Breakfast could use some work, the only things offered are fruit loop and Frosted Flakes, some bread, yogurt

Updates are nice, furniture is cute. The breakfast is no longer a thing, and there are no ice buckets, cups, or microwaves. But its clean and convenient and front desk is nice.

The room met my expectations, the check in was fast and easy. The staff was polite. It was clean from check in to hallways to the room itself. I saw others reviews before coming here and I don’t see the same issues they were talking about. I had a good experience. We booked here for the Bengals game and would come here again.

Breakfast on website said everyday but it was only given Saturday and Sunday. I could only get one channel on TV when I ask for help he said he would come and check but never did. The bed very comfortable and room clean.

This hotel advertised breakfast and there wasn’t any. We had to leave early and didn’t ask why there was no breakfast. Other than that it was good quality for price, comfortable beds.

In and Out Stay

It was a very affordable stay me and my significant other was comfortable. The walkthrough was pretty clean, the rooms were pretty roomy and neat. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better i saw previous hair and dirt, also the sink was flooding when we turned it on for a few seconds. The showers were nice the water pressure was great, tv was outdated we didnt get to plug up our game system to watch movies but it was fine. It was pretty quiet and i felt comfortable knowing they had cameras everywhere and the receptionist were helpful and were always there. I would come here again if you needed somewhere to lay your head but you would be in and out. The vending machines were outdated also but our stay was pretty good!
