Other than a domestic violence situation going on in the lobby that escalated, it felt like a homeless shelter. With the price, not sure what I expected. Toilet handle didnt work (had to manipulate the flush), tv didnt work and my window was wide open when i walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Simple I guess you could say.

We booked a room that looked nothing like the photo. It was dingy and smelly and did not feel safe. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like an ash tray. We went to the room, turned around and walked out. Trying to get our money back from Expedia, but no one is responding to me.

Perfect for an overnight

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. We got a room that had a little kitchen area too. It was all great the only downfall was there was no kitchen stuff. No bowls, plates, no cups, forks and ect. No big deal we mad due.

Only if your desperate

A bit run down… mattress was thin and no box spring so bed was hard. We had 3 guests and stayed 2 nights. Our room only came with 2 towels and they did not have any additional towels to give us. Weed and cigarette odors in lobby and hallways

Do Not Stay Here Unless Your Homeless.

First of all, it has no elevators and it’s 3 floors. We booked two queen beds and got two full. We got 4 pillows that were very flat to share with 3 adults and was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. The phone in the room did not work so we could not call the front desk easily, the room was set up to where you could not see the TV from either beds which made no difference because the TV did not work anyway. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to buy some, nor no pop machines so we had to go back out for drinks. This place is a roof over your head, nothing more, nothing less. We will not be staying there again tonight.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room smelled like urine. The linens were worn out and had pen marks on them. The bathroom had peeling paint. The wifi wasn't good enough to maintain a connection. There weren't any dishes or towels in the room. Definitely not worth the money.

Bad choice

No elevator. Arrived and being concerned came to mind. Front desk was friendly. Opened the door to room and had a bad smell. Couch had huge hole on the arm. Floor was sticking when walking. No blankets on bed only sheets. Floor had no carpet. My one daughter asked if we should check for bugs. Other daughter was like i dont want to stay here i dont feel comfortable. We basically left as soon as we walked into the room. We have stayed at many hotels over the years since my daughter was in a competitive sport. Thus one was very old, outdated and had a bad vibe. Front desk said we would receive a refund. Im still waiting.

Advice to everyone NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. It’s DIRTY, DISGUSTING and No Friendly Service. When we arrived around 3:00 for check in, no one was at the front desk for checking us in. Then the lady came after 1 hour and check us in. Then our bad experience started from there. NO ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING. We had to carry our luggage to third floor. After that hallway was dirty and smelled bad. Room was not cleaned. Carpet was so dirty that you cannot walk bare foot. It was stinky and sticky. Flush wasn’t working, when informed at front desk she told try 2-3 times it’ll work. Water was getting clogged in the bathroom sink and bathtub. No sheets or blankets given for sofa bed. Front desk lady said.. “mmm lemme check, I hv sheets, no pillows or blankets..you can come and take” No trash cans or the trash bags in the room. You will have to go all the way in the back of the hotel to throw your trash. Anyway it was the worst experience ever. Never going back there. After 3 days of our stay there we shifted to mainstay suits which is a lot cleaner, service is good, has elevator, gym, nice laundry, room and bathroom is so clean.

Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.

Booked at the wrong time

I didn't find out until I checked in on Friday night that the hotel was remodeling. I woke up Saturday morning to loud walking, dragging, and slamming. The floor in my room was slippery and damp, but nothing spilled on it, so I don't understand what was causing it. The nicest thing was that the receptionist was very friendly.

Cockroaches and no kitchen amenities

We left an Extended Stay a few blocks away due to cockroaches. Due to the need of a kitchen for a child with dietary needs, we booked a room at another Extended stay for the use of a kitchen. When we went to ask for the kitchen amenities at the front desk, we were told they had nothing at all - no dishes, no cutlery, pots, pans - simply nothing to use to be able to make or eat food. The whole reason for staying there was for the kitchen. I have called 7 times to request a refund. No one is willing to address this issue. The management is failing its' customers.
