was extremely disappointed with my stay. I completely understand a request to quiet down if there’s a noise issue, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I informed the staff that I had two toddlers in the room and was actively trying to get them to sleep. Despite that, someone still came and knocked on my door again, saying the person below was complaining — again. The gentleman who approached me wasn’t understanding or considerate at all. Instead of showing empathy, he simply repeated that the person downstairs was still complaining. There was no support, no real solution, just pressure — as if I was intentionally causing disruption. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and this experience made it worse. I expected better communication and a little more compassion from the staff. When I booked I selected 2 children and their age. I did not ask to be placed on the third level.
