All the staff were very kind and helpful! The young Gentleman that checked us in was welcoming and even let us check in a little early! This place is clean and I highly recommend staying here!

Room was spotless. Clerk at front desk was helpful getting us information on transportation for The Bengals/Bears game. Breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly gave me a tray to carry my breakfast and the breakfast area was super clean.

The pool was nice and clean. It would’ve been nice if you’ve had a a hot tub section. the breakfast was good and nutritious, but it was missing regular sugar frosted flakes and is good that you had a coffee section that was 24 hours a day. Your staff was very polite it was very good that you had housekeeping every day.

Primero llamé mientras estaba en el aeropuerto de NY para que ellos me provean el transporte que ellos aseguraban que proveían. Me habló una señora y me dijo que cuando yo llegara al aeropuerto de Cincinnati llamara de nuevo que ellos me pasarían a buscar. ( en la descripción del hotel ellos aseguran que tienen taxi ida y de regreso al aeropuerto). Luego cuando llego al aeropuerto de Cincinnati llamo y otro señor me responde que ellos no tienen transporte, que coja yo un taxi por mi propia cuenta, pues nada, así lo hice. Llegué al hotel, luego de eso me descuentan de la tarjeta el doble de lo que se supone que valía el hotel. Yo quedé sorprendida con la cantidad de dinero que me descontaron. Porque ese hotel yo lo había reservado con anticipación y ya no estaban supuestos a cobrarme más de ahí. Yo lo reservé a un precio y cuando llego allá me cobran más del doble de lo que valía. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo a ir. Por lo menos las habitaciones están lindas y cómodas, de eso no tengo quejas. Pero el resto estaba todo faltal. El servicio al cliente estuvo malísimo, estuvo muy mal. No lo recomiendo.

High hopes for this stay! Front desk was friendly and main entrance looked great. From there it was one of the hairiest, yes, hairiest hotels ever. There was hair everywhere! Our bathroom was covered, the hallways, the pool and surrounding area, HAIR! And not the fault of the hotel, but closest food was about 2-3 miles out.

They were under renovations so everything was filthy. Staff was unsure of anything and not helpful. The cleaning staff smelled really awful when you walked by. Room was ok but smelled moldy. Bathroom towel hooks were all torn off. The hallways felt stuffy and humid. Lots of trash in the sofa bed.
