It was a fine stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. They are at the start of a complete remodel so the current price reflects that. I bet it’s going to be great after they are done.

The bed was very soft and the pool was very warm. Really close to Kings Island, stay here for a place when you visit the park.

The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and friendly. Helped me with no issues and every-time they seen me asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything their customer service was fantastic. Will stay again very soon.

I liked its location. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but they have a desk in there. And no chair. And the bathroom door is really squeaky. It needs some oil on the hinges. And when you walk into the room, there's a lamp to your right that hangs over the couch.But it doesn't work

PKI visit

The staff at this facility are great and very welcoming. They are readily available to assist with whatever questions or needs. I’ll recommend this place any day if you are on a budget and looking for a clean and friendly environment. The rooms are quite spacious with basic amenities and overall experience was great!

This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids.

Close to kings island

The staff was friendly and the check in process was quick. The hallways could use a good vacuum sweep however the room itself was clean. I believe the hotel is being slowly renovated. I stayed in a king suite which was spacious.

Great trip, nice rooms.

We read several bad reviews and were a bit skeptical but needed a inexpensive place to stay while intown for the Cincinnati Open. This was a great place to stay! rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, it was close to restaurants and stores. Overall a good choice.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in the last 5 years. The room was specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the thermostat. We were not able to adjust the temperature od the room with the code we were gjven. Other than thst it was fantastic

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Good value. If you do not mind putting up with a bit of renovation while staying here, you can save money compared to similar motels in the area. The rooms are clean, but may lack a towel bar, or the wallpaper may be ripped in a couple places. The rooms are safe and functional,..just in need of a bit of maintenance which is on-going.

The front desk lady was very kind. The room itself was unsafe. The electrical outlets were burnt, and broken. The shower/bath had dirty hair and other stuff in it and they couldn't clean it for us. They didn't give us soap for the sink. The fridge was rusty. The pull out bed was covered in crumbs and dirt. The couch cushion were ripped. We had no choice but to stay here because it was last minute and everywhere was full. will never subject my family to this place again.

The room fit my needs, although I do like room service, which isn't part of the offerings.Those at the front desk were accommodating. I read when I selected the hotel that there was a light breakfast...but I was corrected.

Our room was dirty- things from previous people left in room. Door lock broken, fridge had black mold, we checked in and after viewing room checked out. It looked like the room possibly used as storage. My kids didn't feel safe and felt like they were being watched the 5 minutes we spent in the room. Person who checked us in was nice and professional.

The hotel is going under some renovations and new management. We decided to stay here because we only needed it for a very quick stay (about 12 hours) so it did its job. However, the accommodations were a little outdated. Our room had wallpaper that was peeling, the sheets in the sofa bed did not look clean, so we did not use it, the bathroom had mold, and the floor by our air conditioner was soaking wet. I did appreciate the size of the room, and the kitchenette area. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would not stay in it again under its current state but would after the renovations are complete as I feel it has a lot of potential. It’s located in a great area with many places around.

SO many issues! It’s in the process of changing ownership. Had to ask for soap, coffee, cups. Half used shampoo and lotion. Furniture worn, burnt out lights, outlets that didn’t work, broken lampshade, dirty ice bucket, broken ice machine. Front desk very patient and handled all complaints with great maturity. The location was what we needed, and we were tired from traveling, so we stayed. Neighborhood was ok and parking lot was clean
