This charming 1 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated to welcome visitors to Cincinnati! Pleasant Ridge is one of Cincinnati`s most desirable neighborhoods for families and young professionals. It`s centrally located with quick connection to all major highways, plus only 10 minutes from downtown. We highly encourage you to spend some time in the Ridge as there is a vibrant, walkable area of bars and restaurants that promises a fun night out!

The apartment`s design choices are light and airy, giving the space a relaxing and clean appeal. It`s cozy bedroom features a high quality queen mattress and black out curtains to ensure good rest. The apartment`s bright kitchen is well stocked should you want to cook a meal or store your leftovers from one of the neighborhood`s hotspot eateries.

The unit is #1 within a 4-unit building. It has a private entrance off it`s own small patio (bottom floor unit). The main road the property sits on can be congested at peak hours of traffic, but is not typically noisy in the evenings. Additionally, there is a train crossroads close by, however is not overly active.

Free parking is available in the gravel parking lot near the back of the building. (Fenced in)
