The grounds were well maintained and the kitchen was perfect for a fast breakfast. There was private parking and best of all, you are only a few blocks from several restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast is coffee and a nice selection of multi-grain bars or doughnuts -- but perfectly adequate. "
