"The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. Me hadde òg ein liten balkong, Skulle ein hatt noko å pirke på så kunne rommet vore litt større, men det gjekk veldig fint😊. Det aller beste med hotellet var den fantastiske frukosten. "A very nice stay at this hotel. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. Thank you to Roberta in the restaurant, she was so nice! We would love to come back again, the only minus was that the beds was too hard for me so my hope is that they provide extra madrass to on top of the beds or change some of them to softer."
