Our Lakeside home is light, bright and airy. Comfortably furnished, perfect for a break from everyday life. Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms. For the active there are a host of water sports available on the doorstep, plenty of walks and cycle paths and countless beautiful cotswold villages to explore. The lake and surrounding area attracts many species of bird and wild life. Fishing is welcomed (with permit) For a leisurely break, enjoy the view across the lake, and the plentiful books, videos and games.

We invite all to the lodge, to enjoy an abundance of leisure activities right on your doorstep, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and at the end of the day, when you are ready to come back to your lodge, you will find all the facilities you would expect of a modern rental property and enjoy the large, private patio deck, overlooking the lake.....just perfect for winding down into the sunset.

The property is located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Parks, constructed in a New Hampshire style, three story, open plan on the ground floor with 3 sets of patio doors out onto the large deck area overlooking the lake. The lodge has a cloakroom on the ground and 3 bedrooms, on the first floor we have a family bathroom, a large bedroom with Queen bed and further bedroom which can be set as a single, double or twin bedroom. The third floor offers an en-suite bathroom for the large Master bedroom.

You have sole use of the property, which is very secure being part of a gated complex. There are many (free) activities on site with 3 tennis courts (one is even flood lit !!) volleyball, a covered and heated summer house for table tennis, a large heated pavilion with a soft play area for infants, 2 pool tables and table football, outside the site boasts a large fenced children's play park and football area.

The site has 3 lakes, fishing is permitted on all lakes, Windrush lake boasts specimen Carp, Isis lakes offers Course and fly fishing.

One set of bed linens, tea towels and towels for indoor use are provided for the duration of your stay, addition linen and towel changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

Changeover days are flexible, the minimum booking is 3 nights except bookings between July and September when the minimum is 5 nights unless advertised differently.

Our guest information folder contains all the information you will need about the property and appliances, directions to shops and supermarkets, petrol stations and cash machines etc. and our recommendations for pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We are happy to provide our mobile numbers to answer any queries you may have and have a nominated occupier on Windrush Lake who can attend the property should the need arise.
