• Waterfront Property: Please be aware that this is a waterfront property. For the safety of both guests and wildlife, feeding or interacting with wildlife is strictly prohibited. Additionally, swimming is not allowed.

• Access to Water: Be prepared for a steep walk from the house down to the water, especially if you’re bringing kayaks or paddleboards. It’s a beautiful view, but it can be a bit of a trek!

• Security Cameras: For your safety and security, we have doorbell and driveway cameras that will be operational during your stay.

• Respectful Environment: We warmly welcome guests who appreciate a peaceful and respectful environment. Please note that parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding!
