"If you are making a quick trip to NYC this is a great option. First of all the staff is attentive and nice, then the location is the most valuable aspect in its favor, close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, making it ideal since you can take the subway there. You can also walk just a couple blocks to Times Square and all the amenities you can find over there.
Regarding the property itself, the building is nice, has a relaxed vibe to it and is well maintained. The rooms seem to be new or recently renovated, very clean as well. Only downside in my stay was that the A/C didn’t seem to work well, even if the staff tried to solve it. Wasn’t terrible, wasn’t great, but it persisted throughout my stay.
Would definitely recommend a bunk bed room if you’re making the trip alone or with someone you are VERY comfortable with, since the room is very small."
