Location, cleanliness and staff are great. It offers hot breakfasts but it would be great if they changed it a little since most guests stay approximately a week or longer. Not having laundry facilities was a big turn off for us. Also we didn’t realize that no refrigerator is offered.

The location for this hotel is perfectly located for quick arrival to US Consulate. The hotel complex is modern, clean, the rooms are clean and have adequate size, hotel has a small but adequate gym, there is also a small convenience store for many different needs, there is a restaurant with morning buffett breakfast included with room stay, has regular service for lunch, dinner and late supper at an additional but reasonable cost. The staff are very courteos, cleaning staff for room very thorough, doorman on staff to help with luggage and taxi service. there is shuttle service available in the mornings for medical exams required for US Residency Application Process. There is a shopping mall within walking distance along with several different restaurants nearby. Reasonable rates. I recommend this hotel.

The customer service was amazing, very clean everywhere. The one thing i was not satisfied was the quality of the bed mattress. Very hard bed, would wake up with back ache. Everything else, amazing.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The best part was the room where clean once we arrived and where cleaned on a daily bases. The location was close to the US consulate and good distance to the local mall. Over all I really recommend this hotel

Beds a little hard, some days rooms didn't seem fully cleaned beds were just made. Rooms were cleaned late and had to wait for clean towels a few days, wish they put a few benchs in front of the hotel for people to sit or more seating areas in the lobby. The whole staff was really great and super nice.
