The staff was very friendly and bilingual! They offered free beach towels, changed our towels everyday and cleaned the pools very fast even after a thunderstorm. I loved the smart tv and beds in the room were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony view! I felt safe and I had so much fun at this resort.

Hotel was kind of dirty and smelled of humidity, run down old rooms and furniture, the bed was saggy. I know hotel is by the beach but still it looked nothing like the pictures. It was also very dusty and with mold in bathroom/shower doors, sink was falling off from the bathroom counter like literally there was a huge space between counter and where the sink started, and I saw a roach at night by the bed. The pool areas has some construction going on which was not mentioned online. Not worth the price cause for a lil more you can stay in the nicer hotel a few steps away which is a bit better. The personnel were helpful, accommodating and attentive which was the only good thing about it. Restaurant by reception is good for breakfast, the rest by the pool is quite bad and overpriced

Although the rooms we were given were next to each other, they were very different. One was much cleaner and newer, while the other looked older and wasn’t as clean. Other than that, everything else was fairly good.

The hotel is too old and outdated. Our shower barely had a flow of water, so it took longer to take showers. We were only able to use the hot water knob, and the water was only half warm. We had to keep the bathroom door open because it was hot in the bathroom when you turned on the light. No blow dryer. We had a kitchenette but No coffee maker. Big closet but no iron. The star rating it has is not true. Staff was not friendly and we were not given options to upgrade or asked if our stay was ok at check out. We didn't even know the hotel had a new addition right at the beach. The nightly rate is overpriced! The rating should be a 2 star and that's exaggerating. I will never stay there again.

El hotel es caro para lo que ofrece, faltó el agua caliente y las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. El personal es muy atento y se come rico en el hotel. Había una grúa rompiendo el pavimento y nos dieron justo la habitación que daba a la ventana donde estaba.
