Sin animo de ofender, creo que se podría mejorar la oferta de la cafetería, muy justa en productos. Se agradece que el parquing fuese gratis, de verdad que tiene mucho valor, solo faltaría mejorar su iluminación que aunque es automatica hay momentos que no te detecta y te deja desorientado.

非常に不愉快な滞在になり残念

グラナダからマドリードに車で向かう途中の宿泊地として選び、長いドライブの疲れをスパで癒したいと思い、スパ込みの料金で予約した。20:45にスパに行ったら、係の若い女性職員が高飛車な態度でスパは20:00で終了したからダメと主張。こちらはスパ込みの料金を払っているし、ホームページにはスパが22:00まで開いていると書かれているのにおかしいじゃないかと言ったが、女性職員はスペイン語で捲し立ててNoの一点張り。何度もやり合った結果、最後は女性職員はスマホのGoogle翻訳の英語を見せて、20分だけならここにいてもいいと譲歩してくれたが、とても不愉快な気分だし、着替えとシャワーの時間を除いたら10分しかスパに入れなかったので、疲れを癒すどころではなかった。翌朝の朝食会場の男性職員も粗野で失礼だった。 また、カードキーとドアノブで部屋を開けるタイミングが難しく、部屋に入ろうとするたびに何度もやり直さないとなかなかドアを開けられなかった。部屋に湯沸かしポットがなかったのも残念だった。 公平のために良かった点も書いておくと、屋内駐車場が無料、フロントの男性職員は親切だった。

Highly recommended. This hotel has everything you need and more. Huge and clean room with fridge (rare in Europe), full-equipped fitness center, delicious restaurant, great breakfast, pool, etc. I wish I could be back some day
