Staff was not there to meet us even though we pre arranged the time. Then she came early for our shuttle to the ship. Getting out of the shower the floor drops off in one section making it dangerous. The window is very thin and we could hear the train perfectly.

We stayed 2 days in civitavecchia between cruises and this place is perfect! Few minutes walk from the shuttle/ train station and close to all facilities. Nice comfy room and great continental breakfast in the room. I would go there again!

This was a very nice property. It was very clean and they were very accommodating. It was close to the port and easy to navigate around the town. I would highly recommend and would stay again if back in this area for another cruise.
