"The hotel as a whole looks significantly more high quality in the pictures than it is in person. The parking area is unkept, hallways are run-down and old, and the rooms are just “okay”. The only nice part of the hotel is the lobby. None of this would be an issue… except it seems too expensive for its quality. The hotel elevator also stopped working while we were there, felt very inconvenient and honestly scary. Lastly, the staff is quite un-informative and dry. Not very welcoming considering that should be part of their role if they’re the first face you see when entering the hotel. "

"A+ hotel. I will say that the gym, for the level of hotel, is average/poor. It’s small with limited equipment for use. Think holiday inn gym with more treadmills"

"The breakfast was very good. We had no car because we flew in from Denver, but there were a lot of parking spaces. When we first arrived they gave us a room that was evidently for handicapped people. There was no door for the toilet, and there were no other doors in the room. There was no privacy. One chair for the desk. When we checked into the room it was dingy and did not look presentable. To get to the room we walked the entire hallway, turned right and to get to the room we had to walk outside to the room which was on the left of the parking lot. The area outside the room had dried leaves and hadn't been swept for a long time. After the full length mirror slid down the wall when we closed the outside door, my husband immediately walked in the parking lot to the front door and complained, saying that they should never rent that room to anyone. We were able to get a room inside the building. It was adequate. This is an old motel and we were disappointed during our stay. We had flown to Salt Lake for my sister's funeral. The other family members stayed at the Crystal Inn and their rooms were beautiful! We would not refer our family to stay at this Comfort Inn. "
