"Room was clean. The staff was wonderful. But im not sure if the place recently changed ownership or something, but it seems that way. Very understaffed. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and the bar/restaurant wasn't open at all. I understand doing renovations but it would have been nice to know if that information would have been available before booking. The girl at the front desk day and night shift were doing amazing for the circumstances. But all aside, the rooms were clean , maybe get those girls some help to make their jobs and your customers stay a bit less stressful. "

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"

"We had stayed once before and really enjoyed it, this time our room stunk so bad, and the whole floor smelled like Marijuana, it was awful. Our TV had to be fixed, our phone didnt work, the fridge smelled even worse and was hot. When we did need something the staff was very nice and friendly. For as many people that stays there i really think they need a bigger pool, my grandson wouldn't swim because it was way over populated for the size of it. We won't stay there again. "

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "
