Booking Requirements
To protect the property and ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we require:
* Government-issued photo ID
* Selfie photo
* Signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking

Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.

Pet Rules & Requirements:
* House-trained and flea-treated. No dangerous breeds.
* No pets on furniture or beds
* Pets may not be left unattended unless crated
* Guests must clean up all pet waste
* Cats are not permitted.

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply for excessive hair, odors, stains, or damage. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

Hot Tub Information: The hot tub is available year-round. If the hot tub becomes unavailable during your stay, we provide a $50 per day refund for impacted days.

Kitchen & Supplies
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and essentials for preparing meals at home. The kitchen has a k-pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and slow cooker. Starter supplies include:

* Cooking spray
* Limited coffee pods

We recommend bringing your own sports equipment if possible. While we typically provide pickleball paddles/balls, basketballs, and disc golf discs, items occasionally go missing between stays.
