The space
Tucked along a quiet road 2.5 miles east of Cle Elum, this secluded 10-acre forest property invites large groups to slow down and settle in. Crisp mountain air, stands of tall evergreens, and the kind of stillness that is increasingly rare set the tone from the moment you arrive. Whether you gather around the fire pit as the evening cools, sink into the hot tub beneath an open sky, or spend unhurried hours inside with the people you came with - this is a place that gives a group room to breathe.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms spread across two floors accommodate up to 19 guests across 12 beds. Three bedrooms sit on the main floor and three on the second, making it easy for families and mixed groups to find a configuration that works. Each room is finished with Egyptian cotton bed linens, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser options. The layout gives everyone their own space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Indoor living
The game room anchors indoor time with an 85-inch movie theatre with surround sound, a pool table, and a ping pong table - enough to keep a large group entertained through long evenings. A Bluesound Bluetooth sound system carries music through the space, and an indoor gas fireplace adds warmth on cooler nights. A bunkroom serves as a dedicated children's playroom stocked with toys, books, and games for ages ranging from toddlers to early readers. Families will also find a pack-n-play with sheets, a standalone high chair with straps and food tray, children's dinnerware, board games, and children's books and toys organized by age group. A dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and surge protector, plus 1 Gb Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection, means remote work is fully supported.

Outdoor living
The property's 10 fenced acres give the group space to spread out. A private hot tub is available year-round, and a fire pit with outdoor furniture provides a natural gathering point after dark. Private patio and balcony options offer quieter spaces for fresh air. A hammock, corn hole, spike ball, and six pairs of snowshoes round out the outdoor equipment - useful whether the trails are clear or snow-covered. A private gas BBQ grill is set up for outdoor cooking whenever the weather invites it.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A drip coffee maker, French press, hot water kettle, wine glasses, toaster, blender, and baking sheet cover the everyday details. The dining table seats 10 - a natural spot for group meals or an extended board game session. Beach essentials including towels, chairs, and an umbrella are also available for guests.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms across both floors serve the full group with ease. Each bathroom includes hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A bathtub is available for longer soaks when the hot tub is already claimed.

Conveniences and safety
The home is set up with central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. A free washer and dryer are in the unit, along with a drying rack, iron, and hangers. Free driveway parking supports up to 20 vehicles. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place throughout. Exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter - including the hot tub and firepit areas - and one camera is positioned to monitor the furnace and water tank. Entry is via smart lock with self check-in.

The private gym in the building includes free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, a yoga mat, and a workout bench.

For guests with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a care box is available containing sensory items, toys, a weighted stuffed animal, and a weighted blanket to support a more comfortable stay.

The surrounding area offers snowmobile trails, seasonal hiking, and easy access to Suncadia Resort, Roslyn, and the Yakima River corridor.

This vacation rental is near Suncadia Resort, Rentals, Cle Elum Lake, Yakima River fishing, OHV, snowmobile, hiking, & mountain biking trails, and the Teanaway community forest.
Getting around
The cabin is 2.5 miles due east of Cle Elum on quiet Airport Road.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel and treat the space with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Fire Pit: Check with Kittitas County if there are any fire bans before using.
