This place was an absolute dump. Filthy from the door entry to the exit. Broken glass back window to door. Extremely nasty appears to house indigent individuals or individuals of substance abuse. Do not stay. We left immediately.

Property looked abandoned. Dead bugs everywhere, floors were filthy, toilet in the room have been used and not flushed. Random debris on the sink and floor, no soap. Heavy smoke smell, plastic on some of the beds. Pillows look like someone had laid there. Absolutely terrible.

This is not a hotel. This is a crime scene waiting to happen. This is a blighted property and should be closed by the health department. Wyndham/Days Inn is crazy to attach their name to this place, and shame on them and Expedia for offering it to the unsuspecting public. If you have even the lowest standards of hygiene and personal safety, stay away from this place. In the short time, I was there, I saw broken windows, broken signs, filthy, dirty floors, stinking rooms, everything stained, open garbage bags overflowing in the hallways, barking dogs, screaming fighting guests (likely a prostitute fighting with a John who wouldn’t pay). The website offers this as a “two star hotel“. It is not. You would be better off pitching a tent under a bridge. The pictures online are either heavily edited or completely fraudulent. I left almost immediately to go find another hotel. My car, curiously, was the only one in the pitch black pothole filled parking lot. The police officer who was camped out there, pulled me over almost immediately. He said I made a wonky left turn, but I think the real reason was he assumed I was a drug dealer. He explained that, during Covid, the hotel was used for a homeless / migrant shelter, and that it was torn up pretty badly. He said that the police maintain a presence there because it is a hot bed of drug dealing and prostitution. Shame on Wyndham and Days Inn. Stay away.

I did it. After traveling to 6 continents, I found it. This is the worst hotel I checked into. I prepaid non-refundable for my 1 night. It was disgusting and unsafe. I found the smoke detector on the table next to the TV. They don’t put towels or soap in the room. You have to get it from the front desk. Hallways and parking lot are dark. Stains were all over the floor. I thought I could do anything for one night - shower and sleep. I couldn’t do it. After 1-1/2 hours in that room, I cut my losses and checked out. Didn’t feel safe. It seemed like it was a place for unhoused people.

The staff was very nice. Weird that we had to ask for toilet paper - there was none in the room at check in. We also did not have any towels in our room but didnt notice until we got back from our night out and it was too lare at night to deal with it.

The room was absolutely filthy unfortunately and the bathroom was the grossest space of them all. The sink hadn’t been cleaned in forever the covers and sheets were filthy. We have usually had at least clean rooms in the past, this time was disappointing.

Staff was nice, but I've never stayed at a more dumpy hotel in my life. The room rate was relatively low compared to other hotels, but there is no excuse for a hotel to be in such poor condition. Just close the place down if you cannot maintain it.

I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. I booked the room only a few hours before arriving, and within five minutes of checking in, my daughter and I left because the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment we entered, the property appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The hallways had sticky floors, cigarette butts and gum on the ground, and an unpleasant odor. The room was extremely dirty and poorly lit. The door was broken, the mattress looked filthy, and the bathroom was in equally unacceptable condition. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there and immediately left. I completely understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel and was not expecting luxury. However, there is a major difference between basic, inexpensive accommodations and conditions that feel unsanitary and unsafe. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, secure, and properly maintained. I am currently traveling across the country and have stayed at several other budget-friendly Days Inn, Quality Inn, and Microtel properties without any issues. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my trip. I genuinely wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep here.

The room was not clean, the room wall air conditioner would only go to 60° and it never cooled off to 60°, there is no pool, there's not even a refrigerator in the room, the tv never worked, mattress was not even on the box springs correctly, as in it did not fit; headboard was crooked, there was a broken picture in the closet. And last but not least the light fixture that's supposed to be on both sides of the bed one didn't even have a light bulb in it because it was coming off of the wall. Trying to figure out how Expedia allows this kind of motel to be on its website.

You get what you pay for, but even then, there should be a basic standard of cleanliness. Since this hotel is located in Lakewood, which is known to be a fairly nice area, I expected the property to at least be clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell. When I entered my room, I was honestly shocked by how dirty it was. There were stains on the walls, and even worse, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them. The toilet looked clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, there were still particles and debris inside. The shower curtain also had visible mold. Overall, the room felt extremely unsanitary and poorly maintained. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but a lower price should not mean sacrificing basic cleanliness and hygiene. The one positive thing I can say? At least the AC worked. Other than that, this was completely unacceptable and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

We didn’t even make it to our room we took the jey back, the hallway smelled as if someone had been hoarding animals. I have been in diary barns and petting zoo that smelled better. Undoubtedly the dirtiest and unmainted place I have ever been in. It should be condemned.

Disgusting hotel. I don’t mean it was low quality and use disgusting lazily- it was disgusting. Clothes left in the room from previous occupant, room clearly not cleaned at all. Dead bugs in the bath tub. Some sort of smelly liquid in the very small garbage can. There was zero chance I was sleeping under the covers. Their claim was they had a gym (they do not) and they had in room fridges (they do not). The had to plead just to get towels. Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed.
