The location is excellent. Steps away from the stadium and the R&R HOF. Walking distance to everything you need. Viewing sunsets on the roof top patio was amazing.

We were in town for a Browns game. What a great location. Rooftop patio overlooks Lake Erie and the stadium. Short walk to the stadium. Everything in this apartment is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Check in instructions are very detailed. We will be staying here again

Fantastic Stay

The loft was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. And the location is perfect! Everything you could want to do is within walking distance! I definitely plan on booking this loft for all of my Cleveland adventures!

Amazing experience!

Great location and stunning views of Lake Erie and the stadium! The rooftop patio was an awesome space for hanging out. All amenities were accurately described plus more! We plan on definitely planning another stay here!

Great place in a great location.

Excellent property in a convenient downtown location close to restaurants and most of the sights we wanted to hit- rock and roll hall of fame, progressive stadium, first energy stadium, the flats and the Jack- all within walking distance. The loft had everything we needed and we enjoyed spending time on the roof top deck.

Birthday celebration with a view

I surprised my husband with a stay in the Flats for his 40th! The loft was perfect for us and his brother’s and their wives. The location is amazing, it’s so close to everything and the view from the roof top never gets old. The property owner was wonderful with every interaction we had. We would definitely like to stay again, possibly for a Browns game in the future!

Go Browns

Family of 5 came in Saturday and got to walk to flats for dinner. Went to Browns game on Sunday and got a win. Came home and was able to cook a family dinner on Sunday night. Great time

Five sister’s weekend

We chose the location because it was geographically central for us to see each other for a long weekend we were there to hang out and do some site seeing. This property was perfectly priced for us to cost share and relax. Easy to get to, check in/out was seamless. We may book again in the future.

We came into Cleveland for a browns game. The location was amazing. Didn’t take a Uber all weekend. Walked to the flats and aquarium and obviously to the game. You won’t be disappointed

Wonderful place if you’re in town for a game or to visit the flats. The location is fantastic and the rooftop deck is better than anything else in the area. It can’t be beat. Jonathan the host was great and made the process a breeze. We will be back!

Amazing Views

Spent a weekend in cleveland for a comedy show and Browns game. The loft apartment was perfect for our group of 6 friends, 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the living room sofa.The location was great, and the views from in the apartment and on the private rooftop patio were epic. The space was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Cleveland is a great city with lots of things to do and places to eat, some very close to this rental. If its available for your dates, dont hesitate, just book it. We plan to return.

Awesome location for seeing a Browns game

Great stay in Cleveland. Jonathan was extremely responsive and accommodating, allowing us to store some luggage for a few hours beyond the check out time. Condo was extremely comfortable (beds are amazing), clean and a great central spot (within a 7 minute walk) to Browns stadium. The rooftop deck and the view of the city was an added bonus. If booking, please make sure you know where to park. There is free parking available for one car but check the guidebook in the unit for a visual on where to park (it's behind the main entrance not to the right as we had assumed). Would book again.

Incredible!

Four of us native Clevelanders stayed here for a weekend 50th bday celebration. The condo is amazing - what a treat with the private rooftop deck! Great space, excellent amenities and the comfiest beds! Y’all - this is amazing any time of year but if you happen to be looking for a great place for a Browns game… THIS. IS. IT! Jonathan is super responsive. I cannot come up with a negative. Simply one of the best possible VRBOs you’ll find anywhere!
