Great service, clean and comfortable

We went to visit friends for a long weekend and chose this hotel because it was close to their home. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday morning. Breakfast on the weekend was great, less selection on a weekday. All staff that we ran into were friendly and even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. I told my nephew that lives in Avon if he ever has company coming in and they need a place to stay tell them here. Great time!! Great place!

Housekeeping needs to snake drains too

The sink and tub needs snaking. No one feels like doing that I know but it’s necessary. I was grossed out when brushing my teeth how long the water was taking to drain. I don’t like a tub filling up either when I’m shaving my legs in the shower. Also the breakfast staff either didn’t feel like making the waffle batter or the waffle machines are broken. Your breakfast here will consist of eggs and sausage and packaged cereals. They must not have housekeeping on Saturday’s and Sundays either. Strange smell in the room I believe because of the bathroom
Tub slow to drain fully
There’s extra space for idk what-a crate or litter box? I guess that makes sense
Need a towel bar by the actual shower area instead of over the toilet
